ANIMATING THE FUTURE

The Northern Territory Institute for Community Engagement and Development (NTICED) has developed MARVIN, a unique and easy to use animation software.

In 2008, Gracie Productions contracted NTICED to make the avatar versions of the Yarramundi Kids Puppets® and in 2009, to produce animation segments for the Yarramund Kids 2010 TV Series. See Yarramundi Kids TV Show on NITV

Director, Chris Burke used Marvin to 'mock up' and storyboard the animation segments. NTICED's creative team then used After Effects  and Premiere Software to make the segments ready for TV broadcast.

In partnership with NTICED, Gracie Productions brings Marvin to our national and international networks.

• You get 50+ characters in the software library.
• You can script presentations and stories using computer generated voices; or
• You can record your own voice / lingo or language; then choose a character to speak the words with accurate lip sync.
• It's all as simple as cut and paste!!

Sounds too good to be true!!??

Schools can access Marvin through Partners In Learning, NTICED's partnerhsip with Microsoft.

Indigenous communities and individuals can access Marvin through DEEWR.
